We currently ship orders within the United States. Every shipment is handled with sustainability in mind, from packaging materials selected to minimize waste to efficient route planning that reduces our carbon footprint.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we process it within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing, while expedited options can reach you in 2–3 business days. All shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier performance.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout. Expedited shipping carries additional charges, which are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven’t received tracking information within 24 hours of shipment, please contact us at support@greenpanhome.com.
Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any problems within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos of the damaged packaging or items to assist with carrier claims.
Address Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we process it quickly to get your cookware on its way. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please reach out within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO
We accept shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery times to these locations may be longer, and we rely on USPS for final delivery. Please allow additional time for these shipments.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are exploring options to expand internationally in the future. For Canadian or other international inquiries, please contact support@greenpanhome.com to discuss alternative arrangements.
